Program Registration & Payment
Registration is completed online. To secure your child's spot, full payment via Interac e-Transfer must be sent to hello@numomath.ca within 24 hours of form submission, noting the child's full name in the memo line.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations requested at least 7 days prior to the first class receive a full refund minus a $20 administrative fee. No refunds once the term commences. Workshops cancelled at least 48 hours in advance are fully refundable.
Code of Conduct
Numo Math provides a safe, inclusive environment and reserves the right todismiss participants whose behavior severely disrupts learning, without a refund.
Liability Waiver
Participants acknowledge minor risks in hands-on activities. Numo Math and VICALINK LTD. are not liable for injuries or lost items.
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
We collect parent/guardian names, phone numbers, email addresses, and children's names/ages provided during registration.
How We Use Your Information
Used strictly to process registrations, communicate program updates, and ensure child safety.
Data Security & Sharing
Data is kept secure and confidential. Numo Math does not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
